FOR CHRISTIAN MEN WHO LEAD FROM THE FRONT

TRAIN YOUR
BODY.MIND.
FAITH.

Garage Gym Church is the training system built for Christian men in the military, law enforcement, first response, and marketplace who are serious about being physically, mentally, and spiritually ready — for whatever life and the mission demands.

Why Most Men Fall Short

YOU'RE STRONG AT WORK.

BUT ARE YOUR FIT FOR THE WHOLE FIGHT?

1-4

Most men in high-demand professions are trained to perform on the job. But when it comes to leading at home, staying grounded in faith, and showing up as the man their family and community actually needs — there's no program for that.

The physical grind burns you out. The mental weight piles up. And faith becomes something you do on Sunday instead of something you live every day. That's the gap Garage Gym Church was built to close.

THE MISSION

One SYSTEM.
Three FRONTS.

Garage Gym Church integrates three things that most programs keep separate — and that
separation is exactly what holds men back.

01
PHYSICAL

Functional fitness programming from Mountain Tactical Institute — designed by tactical professionals for tactical athletes.

Built for performance that matters in the field, not just numbers on a whiteboard.

02
MENTAL

Curated leadership and resilience content from veterans, operators, and experts like Jocko Willink and Mark Divine.  You'll build the mental edge to thrive under pressure — in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous conditions at work and at home.

03
SPIRITUAL

Faith isn't compartmentalized here. Weekly sessions on Biblical leadership, lethal force ethics, servant leadership, identity, marriage, parenting, finances, and purpose — all taught by men who've served in your shoes and found their true north in Scripture.

"TMP is invitingly abrasive against the world's patterns and quickly brings out the possibility of God's design for me. Truly, it couldn't come at a better time during my transition out of the service."

IS THIS YOU?

Built for Men Who Carry Weight Others Don't.

This isn't for everyone. It's for the man who already knows what's at stake — and is ready to stop leaving gaps in his preparation.
  • Active duty military members who want to stay operationally and spiritually sharp
  • Veterans navigating the transition back to civilian life without losing their edge
  • Law enforcement officers and first responders who need more than just PT
  • Marketplace leaders who refuse to let their faith stay in the parking lot on Monday morning
  • Husbands and fathers who want to model discipline, strength, and servant leadership
  • Fitness-driven Christians ready to train with a purpose bigger than aesthetics

Who Is Behind This?

Built by a Marine.
Forged by 18 Years in the Fight.

My name is Chris Reardon. I spent 18+ years on active duty in the US Marine Corps, four years studying at the US Naval Academy, and a lifetime learning what it truly means to lead — on the battlefield and at home.

I spent years chasing tactical competency and physical edge. What I found was that the men who led best in the worst moments — weren't just fit and skilled. They were integrated. Their faith was active. Their purpose was clear. Their brotherhood was real.

Garage Gym Church is the training system I wish someone had handed me at 18. It combines the best of military fitness programming, proven leadership development, and Biblical truth — so you never have to choose between being a warrior and being a man of God.

You were made to be both.
