The Freedom WOD Challenge is a 4-Week training system built for military leaders who are serious about training themselves and their teams to be physically, mentally, and spiritually ready-for whatever life and the mission demands.

Often, though, minds and spirits check out long before their bodies. The harsh realities of combat operations and life demand a life built on self-mastery, discipline, grit, perseverance, honor, courage, and integrity.

 The 4-Week Freedom WOD Challenge will train you to integrate yourself and your team members, which most military programs keep separate. That separation is what holds you and them back from achieving true human performance to dominate on the battlefield and in everyday life.

PHYSICAL

Your classroom will be the gym or field so you can best experience emotional and mental transformation for what will show you in the mental and spiritual component

SOCIAL

You will train virtually and in person with other likeminded individuals, and you will be encouraged to take what you are learning to your professional family…your unit. This is how you will forge the bonds for you and your team to be unstoppable.

MENTAL

Curated leadership and resilience content from veterans, operators, and experts like Jocko Willink and Mark Divine. You'll build the mental edge to thrive under pressure — in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous conditions at work and at home.

Faith isn’t compartmentalized here. You will have multiple active training sessions in Biblical life mastery, financial stewardship, corporate prayer, lethal force ethics, servant leadership, and purpose-all presented by experts especially coming from the military world who have served in your shoes and found how to integrate faith and profession.

Freedom WOD Faith: TMPx

You'll also get the opportunity to participate in either a live video or watch a recording in the event you can’t participate to learn Christian life mastery principles to unlock your potential at work, home, finances, and in your calling as a leader to advance God's kingdom. This is based on the Life Launch TMPx curriculum facilitated by Chris Reardon who along with other veterans successfully graduated and implemented the life changing “The Master’s Program” (TMP) that has transformed many veterans into agents of radical life-giving change around the world.

Freedom WOD Faith: Prayer Rucking

This is where you will ruck in person or virtually with fellow Christian servicemember(s) while praying strategically for your family, workplace, church, and nation.

WED
Freedom WOD

You'll receive leadership, character development, and resiliency training given to military members to prepare them to thrive in the physiological and phycological stressful conditions of combat that will teach you how to also thrive in dangerous and traumatic situations you may encounter in life. This will include 1 x month specific Christian faith content designed to be used in a military unit Command Religious Program as an alternative to secular programming. The overall purpose of the content in these sessions is to focus on core leadership and operational matters outside of strict military skillset training.



THU
Freedom WOD: Surrender

You will engage with multiple video-guided discussions facilitated live and recorded using the award winning Surrender Movie! Discover powerful testimonies from U.S. Special Forces Operators on how to build resilience in the face of life’s toughest battles. You will also get to experience the Advanced Fortitude Two Track Model with the following key experts on overcoming trauma and difficult mental battles on the battlefield and in life:

Track 1: Retired Navy SEALs Jocko Willink and Mark Divine discussing mental strategies for courage, hope, and inner strength in times of difficulty, danger, and loss.

Track 2: Christian faith-based track where you will hear testimonies from Special Forces Operators featured in the Surrender Movie. You will discover how trust in God gave them peace and resolve to overcome life’s hardest trials. Furthermore, you will understand how to bring this content to bear as part of optional Command Religious Program in support of your unit chaplain.

FRI
Freedom WOD Faith: After God’s Own Heart

You will watch during a Zoom livestream or recorded session Christian content developed by and for military leaders that relates to issues of warfighting matters and influential servant leadership during high-octane environments.

SUN
Garage Gym Church

This is for military men to interact with other men looking to grow in their Christian faith in an environment outside the four walls of a church. You will get to do a challenging sandbag met-con workout while being able to virtually or in person work out with other men while listening to motivational Christian content that is lengthier in nature and designed to inspire and challenge you. This will include from individuals such as former Marine Infantry Officer Jeremey Stalnecker with the "March or Die PODCAST", Skylar Lewis, entrepreneur and leadership coach on faith, fitness, family, finances, and leadership for Christian businessmen and other male leaders from "Rise Up Kings", Grace and Grit Christian Motivation, Billy Alsbrooks, and others!

My name is Chris Reardon. I spent 19+ years on active duty in the US Marine Corps, four years studying at the US Naval Academy, and a lifetime learning what it truly means to lead — on the battlefield and at home.

I spent my early years of my career chasing tactical competency and physical edge. What I found was that military leaders who led best in the worst moments — weren't just fit and skilled. They were integrated. Their faith was active. Their purpose was clear. Their friendship and leadership was genuine.

The Freedom WOD 5-Week Challenge a jump start training system I wish someone had handed me at 18 as a brand-new midshipman at the Naval Academy. It combines your individual and unit physical training regime with leadership insights from credible experts especially who have served downrange along with Biblical principles for you to apply so that you never have to choose between being a warrior, a leader, and living out your faith.

This challenge will teach you what it takes to integrate faith and profession so that you are your very best in the darkest moments.



FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I’m not religious?

You’re welcome here. The Christian faith is something that is taught here in bold fashion, but it is not forced. It is certain if you take what is taught that it will change your life forever!

Is there a particular workout?

Sundays are virtual sandbag workouts that will be posted ahead of time, Tuesdays will be a ruck event, but everything else is based on your own personal workout. If you are interested in functional fitness programming, reach out to us to ask for a free trial of our Garage Gym Church program with tactical functional fitness integrated with mental and spiritual fitness training.



Is there a contract or hidden fee?

No, this program is offered free of charge to all active-duty and reserve military members. You can invite any active-duty and reserve military members to share it. You can use it during unit training, but you cannot sell it.

Can I join if I don’t have a training partner?

Yes! You will have multiple opportunities to virtually interact with others.
